SOCIETY EXCLUSIVE
A young Indian child in a sari stands by a group of veiled women. A French art dealer who Bob knew in Los Angeles mentioned that he was heading to Asia. Apparently, this dealer had a hush-hush scheme involving a maharajah in India who was selling off antique guns before the Indian government nationalized. Bob went along ostensibly to photograph the inventory. As it turned out, the deal fell through and the dealer headed back to California, but Bob stayed on to see more of the spectacular art and architecture of India.
